
Vegetable soup recipes
I woke up pretty early in the morning and saw how much lighter than usual, which reminds me, because it was a bit easier for a long time last night. Just half an hour or so, but it gives me the feeling that summer is approaching! Exciting stuff.
Call me optimistic, but I decided that I would share with you one of my cooler recipes vegetable soup, which is perfect for those hot summer nights! Chilled avocado soup is a nice recipe, but for him a little twist, we add some Tabasco to give it an extra kick Zing. Who wants a boring soup? We do not! This recipe is about 30 minutes to prepare and serve 4.
Ingredients:
* Two ripe avocados
* One and a half limes
* A Cucumber
* 400 ml vegetable chilled
* 200g natural Greek yogurt
* Handful of chopped fresh coriander
* Two chopped spring onion
* Handful of crushed ice cubes
* Tabasco
* Extra virgin olive oil
Salsa:
* Four ripe plum tomatoes
* Two green onions
* Small handful of fresh coriander
* Tabasco
* Half Lime
Step 1:
First we have to make salsa. Get your plum tomatoes and cut into cubes, remove the seeds and put them in a large bowl. Further, the coriander and spring onion to chop up and throw them in the bowl. Splash a few splashes of Tabasco and press the juice from the lime half. Mix around until it looks good and then mixed the lid and put in the fridge to relax.
Step 2:
Halve avocados and remove stones. Scoop her guts with a spoon and using a blender or food of any kind to the lime and half, and press the juice on processed avocados.
