Carrot and pork soup recipe

When I was little, I always look forward to weekends, when my mother really good food for us to cook. One of my favorites is always potato and bacon soup. The name is simple, but the flavor is really good especially when the pepper in it. Since then we have this soup and I have now taken over the cooking. Now my kids love it!. The recipe below is to serve 3 to 4 people.

Ingredients

Start by preparing 1 liter of chicken broth. We would have 3 large potatoes, 1 carrot and 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 25g cornflour to a paste. Then we would need 100 grams pork, cut into thin slices or sliced. Prepare 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and sesame oil. Then 3 green onions, all cut into thin slices, keep 1 red bell pepper, without seeds, some pinch chopped fresh ginger, and finally 200g canned bamboo shoots.

Methods

Prepare yourself a heavy saucepan and start heating up.Then Pour in chicken broth and let it get hot. As it is cooking, potatoes and vinegar. Wait for it again to boil, then reduce the heat until the stock simmers. Once this is done, take the corn flour with water to mix. This action will create a paste and then pour it into the hot broth. Increase the heat and wait for the stock to boil. Continue stirring until stock is thicker, then reduce the heat only. Let's boil again. While the season pork with remaining vinegar, soy and sesame oil in a bowl or dish. Then add the pork, carrot and ginger, stock and boil for 10 minutes. Finally, the onion, bell pepper and bamboo shoots and stir. Continue cooking for 5 minutes and is ready to serve.
